1. Who we are & what these terms cover

These terms govern your use of ofm-agent.com and the OFM Agent service, operated by Blacksalt Digital Solutions FZ-LLC, Dubai Silicon Oasis, Technohub 1, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. By reserving a beta spot or using the service, you agree to these terms.

2. The service

OFM Agent is an AI-powered business education and strategy tool for independent adult content creators. It provides information, plans, and suggestions through a chat interface. It is not an agency or talent-management service: it does not access your accounts, does not communicate with your fans, does not handle your payouts, and does not create, host, or distribute adult content.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into contracts to use this service. By using it, you confirm both.

4. Founding enrollment, free trial & pricing

• Founding spots are claimed through our checkout partner, Whop. Your subscription begins with a free 30-day trial — nothing is charged during the trial, and you may cancel at any time before it ends at no cost.
• Access to the product is delivered at public launch on August 1, 2026. Founding members are onboarded in waves; we will contact you by email or Instagram when your spot becomes ready.
• Founding members lock in a price of $99/month, valid for as long as their subscription remains active without interruption. The regular price after public launch is $199/month.
• After the free trial ends, subscriptions are billed monthly at the founding price and can be cancelled at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period. There is no minimum term.

5. No guarantee of results

OFM Agent provides educational and strategic information. We do not guarantee any earnings, follower growth, or business outcomes. Results depend on your own decisions, effort, market conditions, and factors outside our control. Nothing in the service constitutes legal, tax, financial, or medical advice; consult a qualified professional for such matters.

6. Your responsibilities

• You are responsible for complying with the terms of the platforms you use (e.g. OnlyFans, Fansly, Instagram, TikTok) and with all laws applicable to your business.
• You may not use the service to plan or engage in unlawful activity, to infringe the rights of others, or to attempt to extract, resell, or systematically copy the service's content or underlying prompts.
• You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential.

7. Availability & beta status

During the beta phase, the service is provided on a preliminary basis: features may change, and temporary interruptions may occur. We aim for high availability but do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.

8. Intellectual property

The service, its software, design, and content are our property or licensed to us. You retain all rights to the information you input; you grant us the license necessary to process it in order to provide the service (see the Privacy Policy).

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are liable only for damages caused by intent or gross negligence. Liability for indirect damages, lost profits, or lost data is excluded to the extent legally permissible. Mandatory statutory liability (including for personal injury) remains unaffected.

10. Termination

You may cancel at any time via your account or by emailing support@ofm-agent.com. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms; in that case, no refund is owed for the current billing period unless required by law.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the service evolves. Registered users will be informed of material changes in advance; continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing law & jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the applicable regulations of the Dubai Silicon Oasis free zone, excluding conflict-of-law rules. Place of jurisdiction is Dubai, to the extent legally permissible. Mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence remain unaffected.
