1. Who we are

2. What data we collect

• Instagram handle — provided by you during checkout, used to verify that applicants are real creators and to contact you when your access becomes ready.
• Payment and contact data — checkout, free trials, and payments are processed by Whop, Inc. We do not store your card details; we receive confirmation of your enrollment, your email address, and the information you provided at checkout. See Whop's Privacy Policy.
• Usage data within the service — once the service launches, the information you provide in conversations (e.g. business details you share with the agent) is stored to provide the service to you.
• Server logs — our hosting infrastructure automatically records IP addresses, browser type, and access times for security and operations.

3. Why we process it

We process this data to operate the beta waitlist, verify applicants, process payments, provide and improve the service, and comply with legal obligations. The legal bases are performance of a contract, our legitimate interest in operating and securing the service, and — where required — your consent.

4. Confidentiality of your conversations

Conversations with OFM Agent are confidential. We do not sell your data, do not share your business information with other users, and do not use your individual conversations for marketing. Aggregated, anonymized usage patterns may be used to improve the service.

5. Third-party processors

• Whop, Inc. — checkout, free-trial and payment processing.
• Hosting provider — Hetzner (server location: New York, USA) — infrastructure on which the website and service run.
• AI infrastructure — conversations are processed by our AI infrastructure providers under data-processing agreements; inputs are not used to train third-party public models.

6. Data retention

Beta reservation data is kept until the beta concludes or you request deletion. Account and conversation data is kept for as long as you have an account, and deleted upon account deletion except where retention is legally required (e.g. accounting records for payments).

7. Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, delete, and receive a copy of your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, email support@ofm-agent.com. If you are in the EU/EEA or Switzerland, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority.

8. Age requirement

This service is intended exclusively for adults aged 18 or over. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

9. Cookies

The landing page uses only technically necessary functionality and does not set advertising cookies. If analytics or advertising tools are added in the future, this policy and a consent mechanism will be updated accordingly.

10. Changes

We may update this policy as the service evolves. The current version is always available on this page; material changes will be communicated to registered users.
